Thank you for choosing to be a part of North Jefferson Junior Baseball Association. We're excited to
provide engaging and rewarding sports programs for youth in our community. To maintain the
quality and sustainability of our programs, we have established the following no refund policy:
● Registration Fees: Once registration fees for any NJJBA activities or
programs are paid, they are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to fees for
seasonal play, tournaments, training sessions, and other events organized by
NJJBA.
● Payment Plans: Players who cancel while currently enrolled in a payment plan will have
all future payments stopped.
● Uniform Fees: Once uniforms are purchased, they are non refundable. Participants will
be responsible for uniform fees regardless of their participation.
● Commitment to Participation: By completing registration and submitting fees, players and
their guardians acknowledge their commitment to the organization and its schedule. In
the case of withdrawal from the program, NJJBA will not issue any refunds or
credits towards future programs or seasons.
● Exceptions: Partial refunds will only be considered under exceptional circumstances,
which may include but are not limited to:
○ Medical reasons, supported by a doctor's note.
○ Relocation out of the area, verified by appropriate documentation.
○ All requests for exceptions must be submitted in writing to the NJJBA
Board of Directors for review and are subject to approval at the Board's
discretion. The decision of the Board shall be final.
● Program Cancellations: In the rare event that NJJBA cancels a program or
activity due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment, refunds or credits
may be issued with approval from the Board of Directors.
● Weather or Unforeseen Circumstances: Refunds will not be issued for games or
practices canceled due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
Participants are encouraged to consider the no refund policy carefully before registering, as
NJJBA remains committed to upholding this policy under a variety of circumstances.
